greatest fear... CIC immersion

o shit! it's only 41 hours to go until the dreaded immersion in the Customer Interaction Center of 2GO. the functions here are the most critical because every transaction starts with booking in CIC. in this department, no Customer Service Officer is allowed to commit any mistake. any single mistake will trigger all other wrong movements to the other departments. all policies and procedures should be strictly followed. it is a must in our evaluation that we commit ZERO error. ganyan ka-strict at kakatakot ang ang immersion sa CIC.

this morning, the team practiced handling calls and booking. practice pa lang yun and i felt so tensed! paano na kung totoo yun?! i don't know how i am gonna push thru with my next two weeks. i might hafta say, "earth,... swallow me na."
