tayo na sa antipolo

the town of Antipolo celebrates their fiesta for the whole month of May. our family sees to it that we never miss going to mass at least once. here we say our prayers and petitions and also ask Our Lady of Good Voyage to bless us always on our trips being a family who loves to travel. there are lots of suman and kasuy around. you really haven't been there if you don't bring em home. i love their suman especially when you toast it over a pan before dunking it into sugar - crunchy outside, soft inside. i'm not much of a kasuy fan as my brother cos it has a burning sensation on the tongue when you've had too much.

lunch was at the nearby mall, robinsons metro east. and guess where we had it... again, Max's. my dad just love that resto. more often than not, we have our meals there. i'm pretty sure my dad have gone to most of its branches, Tarlac, Pampanga, Pangasinan, name it!

next stop was cello's doughnuts and dips. kate was the one who introduced it to me. for some reason, i forgot to tell my brother about it. i didn't knew that he already heard about it but haven't tried it. and since he was the one driving, my parents can't refuse the stop over. the stop over was all worth it. i say, cello's donuts won over go nuts donuts! when passing by katipunan, make sure you stop by cello's.

bonus at cello's. there was also a crafts shop inside cello's. they were selling all sort of knick knacks, most of em earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. there were lots of beautiful stuffs that i had a hard time to choose. after around 10 mins (that's all the time i have, my mum was bugging me to hurry) i found 2 nice earrings not to mention cheap. those knick knacks are done by ladies as a hobby. how fun can that be?! =) doing what you love doing and earning at the same time! awww, i wish i could do that too... in time, i will.
