it would have been four days of bliss if only i wasn't sick. i would have enjoyed the looong weekend. still i had to keep myself busy or else... i don't know what could happen to me.
June 23
i didn't have much choice but to sleep and rest because i was burning the thermometer at 40C. still i managed to watch one movie, Ms. Congeniality.
June 24
yey! we're on holiday because it's Manila Day. my friends went to Tagaytay and i had to stay at home because i'm still sick! dang! not wanting to put the day to waste, i watched Friends. before i knew it, i was nearing the end to season 2 in one sitting. i only stopped because it was already 1am of June 25 and my eyes are already bleeding. hehe.
June 25
i thought i was better... i was so ready to watch a movie in the afternoon. but it turned out i still wasn't ok to go out. so i played with ruffles and watched Cellular and The Pacifier with my brother at home instead.
June 26
the last day of my holiday... and i can't stand being at home anymore! i called up my cousin, Cat and met her at the Poduim with my brother for an afternoon snack at Cafe Breton. yummy! as usual, i had Le Magnifique, it was Galette Paysanne for Jb and Le Delice for Cat. after Cafe Breton, we went to her flat for some more chatting before heading home. i noticed that Cat has a lot of books on philo. i haven't tried reading philo books, made me curious. oh! i almost forgot, i also bought my very first toe ring! i've wanted to have one since i don't know when and finally i had my first yesterday. =)
well, my holiday didn't turn out to be as bad afterall.
p.s.
it was just yesterday that i found out that Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince will be released on July 15 already... and i haven't even touched Harry Potter 5! better catch up on my reading.
