can't touch this!

I did it again. I broke my creed. Sabi ko hindi ako kakanta pero hindi yun nangyari. And it is also the third time I did that. Hehe. ;)

The WPRO gang went to Redbox Karaoke in GB3 last night and I was invited. It was my first formal introduction to Benj's officemates. Benj and I were already at Redbox by 6pm to confirm our reservations. We were pretty sure that the others won't be arriving until a little after 7pm because of the Friday-night-in-Makati traffic so we decided to have a quick dinner then steal some time at Time Zone.

We had a foosball rematch. Bummer! 2 games to nothing this time in favor of Benj. Since Sid was still looking for a parking space, Teret, Hazel and Risette was still having dinner, we still had time to check out other arcade games. Yey! We played a weird but fun Korean game. :) There was also Galaga but the gang was already arriving so we decided to postpone the Galaga match. ;)

Now, the real event... Videoke!!! First up was Sid (forgot his first song...), then songs came pouring in. Teret, in control of the playlist, keyed in the songs in one sitting that could last us 4 hours! Lahat dapat kakanta kaya wala akong kawala. Ang repertoire ko from different artists and genres - Kitchie Nadal, Cranberries, Bic Runga, Matchbox 20 AT Sharon Cuneta! Hahaha! Of course the night will not be complete if songs like Ice Ice Baby, Can't Touch This, Halik, Total Eclipse of the Heart, Di Ko kayang Tanggapin (with matching interpretative dance c/o Rommel :) ) and Bed of Roses will not be sung. :)

Natapos ang gabi namin ng masaya hindi lang dahil sinulit namin ang bayad kundi dahil rin sa mga taong kakulitan. ;)
