The Cifras

It was a nice and sunny Sunday morning. I woke up early (...for a Sunday), because I was going to Cavite to meet the Cifras. :) I have met Benj's family a week earlier but meeting the entire clan was different. It's going to be a large group and only me in the hot seat. Yikes!

We arrived at around a little past 10am. I was immediately introduced to Tita Lou, Daddy (Benj's grandpa), Tita Leah, Tito Jimmy, Mik (cousin), and Mommy (Benj's grandma). Then the others arrived, Tito Ricky, Kuya Ching, Ate Carol, and of course, Sophie! I was wishing Sophie wouldn't be a snob to me and my wish was granted. She allowed me to carry her even if she just met me. :)

During lunch, we feasted on shrimps, barbeque, menudo, grilled hotdog, and fresh lumpia. There was also kare-kare, but of course I didn't had any. The lazy and hot Sunday afternoon was spent playing Winnie the Pooh puzzles and singing the weirdest or the oldest songs in videoke. ;) But despite the temperature I had lots of fun.

And the best part, I wasn't placed on the hot seat. Yey!
