A week and a few days ago, I started an attempt... An attempt at South Beach.
A week later... I'm out of the diet. Hehe. But it doesn't mean I am stuffing myself with all the pizza and pasta I want. Controlled eating pa rin dapat. I don't want to end up having no choice but to do South Beach because I'm soooo big already. ;)
