February 22
Because of my splint, I'll be seeing more of my dentist. I just had another visit and the good news is that my condition is improving. Well, it better. I'm not spending 6K for nothing. After the dentist appointment, Benj and I went to Market Market instead of Megamall to avoid the northbound traffic at EDSA. Heavy traffic was about to build up because of the celebration for EDSA 1. Ok, back to my story. The trip to Market Market became an unplanned grocery day, buying oatmeal and diapers, hehe. The oatmeal was for me (Dieting? Nah! More of adding fiber to my diet. ;) ) and the diapers for Katrina Marie, my good friend Shego's baby (I'm a ninang again!). Next day, since the series of my super meetings (super meaning minimum of 7 hrs), we we're not able to swim again. :( But we had a nice "Korean" dinner at home. Hehe, maybe I've watched too much Korean films already.
I'm a ninang again. Katrina Marie has her mother's eyes and... yun lang wala nang nakuha sa mommy. Hehe! After the christening at St. John Bosco church at Sta. Rosa, Benj and I went to Market Market (again) to refresh ourselves with Raspberry Tea and Vanilla Cream Frappuccino at *$. Another check! in our list. ;)
February 27 - March 1
I had a work-related trip to Iloilo and Bacolod. *No work-related post (except rants maybe) will be posted in this blog.* More about my trip in my other blog. :)
March 2
Another number coding day but waiting was made productive by planning our vacation. Yipee! Along with Yellow Cab's pepperoni and mushroom pizza, we talked about our destination, the resort, the schedule (Help me pray that I won't have a super meeting by that time.), and what
to do... it's only a month away! And to end our night, Benj and I watched the downloaded pilot episode of AR9. I'm cheering for the Nerds, the Hippies, the Latinas, and MoJo.
March 4
The EPI (plus significant others) "party" pushed through. With Benj's friends, Sid and Liza, Janice and Alex, we watched King Kong with junk food at hand... Yellow Cab meat lovers, popcorn, chips and more chips, sodas and beers. It was a fun night that I think will happen again, at Janice and Alex's perhaps? :)
Yesterday was our date day, not just because it was Thurday but because it was the 9th. *kilig* Benj and I had lunch at Tempura - tofu steak, seafood teppanyaki, and california maki. Oishii! My super meeting in the afternoon was cancelled and we were able to catch the early screening of Date Movie. The movie was written by 2 of the 6 writers of Scary Movie... you know now what to expect. ;) Since Date Movie was kinda bitin, I asked Benj if he wants us to sing our hearts out at Music21. Good thing he agreed, I was in a "concert" mood that only Benj can handle. And only true love can do that. Hehe! ;)
