Wedding of the year! It was Dionne and Joven's wedding. Dionne was the second to wed in our barkada. Cathy was the first pero she kept it a secret. Haha! But that's a different story. Ok, going back to the Dioven story... We we're all excited and can't wait for this day to come. Who wouldn't? They kept us anticipating for 16 months. And it was all worth the wait. The ceremony was solemn and the reception happy. I'm so happy for both of them. Congrats! :) More stories on this in Benj, Cors, and of course Dioven's blog.

It's my birthday week! To start the celeb, Benj and I watched Cars at GB and of course, Timezone, to pass time. Nothing beats Battle Gear and House of the Dead combo. :)

My day. We first attended mass at Malate Church to thank the Lord for my 28 years of existence. Dinner after the mass was at Costa Nostra. Very nice and romantic place. But I have to admit, food fell a little short of expectation. But overall, the place, the food, and specially the company, was all perfect. Thanks chief, for a lovely dinner. :)

The next day was spent bonding with Yoyo. ;) Benj and I met Kateh at Starbucks Morato after her rehearsals. While waiting we saw Echo! Hmm.. GWAPO sya! Stared a few times but if it we're Piolo, I wonder what could I have done? Be starstruck again, malamang! After a little chitchat, we decided to go to a resto since Kateh didn't have dinner yet. Walking led us to CPK. Sarap ng pizza, mahal nga lang. :(

Rest day. We decided to go home early and watched Grey's Anatomy. Eto ang bago naming addiction ni Benjamin. (Thanks to my friend Mai.) It's a medical tv series in between E.R. (drama) and Scrubs (comedy) with nice twists ;). To those interested, it will be shown on Studio 23 soon.

Dumagsa ang fans club ni Kateh sa Koine para manood ng Ayayayayaya! Galing! Ganda. Pero mas matutuwa siguro ako kung hindi ako ang camera-woman noh! Hirap pala sa lens nonood.
Unless siguro you're paid to do it. Hehe! ;)

Father's day. We went to mass at the Adoration of the Divine Merci in Tagaytay with Nicole and Alexa. After mass, we gave Alex a treat. We brought her to "bee" (Jollibee). Her happiness was indescribable! What is it with Jollibee that it drives kids crazy?! Next stop over was Rowena's. JB discovered this bakeshop along the road leading to Sta. Rosa exit from Tagaytay. The apple tart was good. You have to ask someone else for the buko tart though. They have lots of pies and baked goodies. I'll definitely be back. Lunch was at the overcrowded MoA. Grabe! The mall was huge and yet it was full of people! While looking for a place to eat, we (my family) bumped into Benj's family. I never imagined our parents to meet that way. Weird not to mention awkward. After almost and hour looking for a resto without a very long waiting list, we ended up with Juan Bamboo. It serves Asian cuisine, mostly Thai food. In fairness, their satay was good. Even better than some of what I tasted in Singa. They have to improve on the service though because they forgot to place our order and we waited for 40 mins! Oh well, so much for my family's first MoA experience. Mom was turned off and says she doesn't want to go back any more. Well, let's see how long can she hold on to her statement. Hehe!

Duty travel. :( One whole week. I missed my family. I missed my Benjie. But I'm back! And I'm not blogging about work and I'm not blogging anything here. Visit my other blog for the kwentos in Cebu, Tagbilaran, and Dumaguete. :)
