Oct 29 - Barangay and SK Elections
It was a holiday at work (wee!) to give time to the citizens to vote. But I didn't, hehe. I just bummed all afternoon at home. Benj voted and got his finger all messed up by the indelible ink. Hehe.
Nov 1 - All Saint's Day
It was a busy day for us since we had 3 sites to visit. First stop, Serenity at Novaliches. We had to go all the way to Mindanao Ave. to avoid all the traffic to visit my paternal grandfather and my Lola Ying's siblings. 2nd stop was at the ossuary in Malabon where Ninong Eneng's ashes were kept. And lastly, the Tugatog Cemetry, for my mom's side. Benj was on MSW all day. ;-)
Nov 3 - Aaron Lucas Lim's baptism
We got up early to be in Parañaque by 10am. We were requested by mommy Liza to be on time because we are playing an important role in Aaron's baptism. We were going to be ninong and ninang... Well actually, proxy ninong and ninang along with Rom and Riselle. It's ok, we were glad to do it for them. Anyway, we were rewarded by a hearty lunch. :-)
Nov 4 - Ivee Francine Babila's baptism
This time I was ninang to Ivee. She's my 14th inaanak. Ang dami na pala! Benj and I went to Lourdes church in Q.C. to witness a different kind of baptism. The babies were immersed in Holy Water. Good thing Ivee was the first baby to be immersed. At least we're sure that the water is still clean. Hehe. Lunch followed at Chinatown resto in Banaue. Afterwards, it was another trip to the Larin's. Salamat guys! Sana hindi kayo magsawa na makikain kami sa inyo. ;-)
