We went to Lalaine and Merc's wedding last January 4. The wedding rites were held at San Agustin Church and the reception followed at the Coconut Palace. All of my friends from college (who are still in the Philippines) were present except for Mem. Sayang, we missed her. Lalaine was beautiful in her gown, except that we were missing her back pack. Hehe. We enjoyed the wedding. The band was great. The food and the wedding cake was delicious. And, we had lots of time catching up on the stories, thanks to the emcee. Pics here.
Since we hadn't had the chance to spend much time with the couple, we scheduled another get together last Sunday. This time, we had dinner at Red Crab GB3. There, we even had more time with the stories, and we saw the couples honeymoon pics in Davao. ;) Unfortunately, our Dr. Andrew was not around because he was on duty and Mem (again) wasn't able to come because hubby Monching was sick. We were hoping to hear from the girls overseas but it didn't push through. Oh well, next time na lang. When Lalaine and Merc comes back in December 2009, maybe with a baby in tow. :)
