Happy and Sad

Is it possible for a person to feel happy and sad at the same time? I find it weird, but it is what I feel as I am writing this post.

I am happy because something I did paid off. What is it? Well, it's for me to know and for you to find out. ;)

I am sad because my Benjie is not yet well. I feel helpless because there is nothing I can do to take away the pain he feels. Sometimes, I wish that I could take over and give him a break from being sick... even for just one day. :(
