Weekend Gimiks

Two weekends of gimik, here's what happened.

1. Semi-Pro

We're definitely not missing Will Ferrell's Semi-Pro, so we went to Trinoma to catch it before movie listings change the following Wednesday. With the usual Sunday traffic, Benj arrived just in time for the screening. As expected it was a Will-Ferrell-hilarious movie. :) Aftewards, we played a bit in TimeZone, had early dinner and went home to beat the traffic. Played a couple of games, MTG of course, then called it a day. Nice, relaxing weekend.

2. Bowling with WBC peeps.

No, not World Boxing Council, but WHO Breakfast Club. Joining Jerome in his every-other-Friday-bowling, Benj and Rodel played a game, whilst Rose, Teret, and me cheered in the background (finishing off the prizes, hehe). We missed Ms. Workaholic, Rache, though. :( Dinner was at Jack's Loft in Midtown with Rodel making kulit 'Day. :P (A little on the food: pasta & sandwich were good, but Death By Chocolate disappointed me. :( ) All in all, it was a fun night. Can't wait for next week. ;)
