I haven’t experienced any major physical injury either from an accident or by someone. Thank, God.
It got me thinking though, what will I do if I was assaulted or injured because of an accident caused by a negligent driver? Aside from making the person responsible for the hospital bill, I would definitely sue that person. Personal injury lawsuit"> is one thing not very much given consideration here in the Philippines. How I wish there are law firms who specialize in these cases. It is bad enough that a person’s life is at stake, but it would take much more for the individual to recover his/her lawsuit is not handled properly.
