I do not want to humiliate Bread Talk but they are leaving me with no choice. I emailed them my complaint using the address on the receipt but the email bounced back. I called the customer service number on the receipt but I got no answer. I guess only one more thing left to do - let the public know.

I just bought a Hot Chick and a Strawberry Rocky from your G4 branch at 12:34 pm today. When I was to eat my Hot Chick I saw black particles on the bottom part of the bread. It seems that the bread was dropped on the floor, picked up quickly and was still brought out to be sold.
I wasn't expecting that kind of quality from the products you are selling. I've been buying Hot Chick and other products similar to it (Floss, Fire Floss, etc.) and have never gotten the poor quality of product I received this afternoon, not to mention spoiling my lunch.
I will be looking forward to your response and action on this complaint.
