Finally, after several attempts, I was able to meet a couple of w@wies last Saturday, April 24. The original meeting place was Starbucks, Shangri La Mall. But the mall was caught on fire Friday night so we had to move the venue to Megamall.
Since Fei (ni Stan) and I have been planning to meet since a couple of months ago but our schedules didn't allow us, we decided to have lunch together before meeting up for coffee with the other w@wies. After lunch at Amici, we had dessert at Crepes and Cream. The girls came in one by one, but since the meeting place – Starbucks was (always) full, we decided to have the chit chat at Crepes. Apple (ni Ryan) arrived a little before 3pm, then Grace (with fiance, Jhong), then Kristelle (ni Mark) at exactly 3pm. We didn't realize it was 5pm already until we felt really thirsty from all the exchange of stories. It was time to move to Starbucks, finally there was a seat. Jihan (with fiance, Gelo) arrived and we continued with the stories until it was time to leave because Stan and Mark arrived picking up their fiancées.
It was fun, fun, fun meeting up with the w@wies. Hope we could do it again.
